Chargrilled beef fillet served with stuffed portobello mushrooms, soft creamy polenta, and Chianti red wine sauce
Carnaroli rice cooked in a chicken stock with mixed wild mushrooms, butter, grated parmesan cheese, and a touch of truffle oil
Pan-seared halibut with crushed new potatoes, spring onions, wilted spinach, champagne, and cream reduction sauce
